BOOKING

We offer multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Classes can be booked a week in advance or at any time prior to class pending available space – up to 30 minutes before the class starts. To book a class, you must have paid classes in your account or have a membership.

NEWBIES

We’ve all been there, trying something new for the first time can be scary but don’t worry… we got you.

HYDRATE:

Drink lots of water before, during, and after your workout. It is very important to stay hydrated. We have filtered water stations for your water bottles, we also have cold bottled water for purchase from the front desk.

EAT:

Please don’t attempt to workout on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.

WEAR:

We suggest wearing form fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top.

WeFLOWHard + WeZENHard: We have mats waiting for you at the studio, so no need to bring your own.

FOOTWEAR:

WeHIITHard: We recommend a quality pair of training shoes and not runners.
WeFLOWHard: We recommend bare foot.
WeBARREHard: We recommend wearing barre socks or going bare foot.
WeRIDEHard: We use cleated shoes during our RIDE classes and provide them free of charge! If you want to bring your own, you are welcome to bring clean indoor SPD compatible cleated shoes if you would like.
